Dr. David Casteel was raised in Kenosha, Wisconsin. He attended UW- Milwaukee and UW Parkside before receiving his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the University of Missouri-Kansas City School of Dentistry. He is an active member of many dental groups and study clubs such as the WDA, ADA, AGD, AADSM, and AACA. Prior to becoming a dentist, Dr. Casteel served in The United States Army as a Combat Medic and served as a Paratrooper in the 82nd Airborne Division. Following this, he joined The United States Air Force and served as a Medical Education Specialist. During his 11 years of service, he deployed to Afghanistan, received numerous commendations, and pursued advanced medical training. Outside of the office, Dr. Casteel can be found spending time with his wife September, daughter Emelia, and Remy their German shepherd. Dr. Casteel enjoys woodworking, camping, kayaking, skydiving, scuba diving, and hiking. When he’s not outdoors, you can find him in the kitchen cooking.
