So you took the leap and contacted us to schedule your appointment. During your initial call, we’ll walk you through the steps to schedule with our team. We will review any past dental history and ask a few brief questions to get to know each other. After that, all you have to do is attend your appointment; it’s that easy!
We know life is busy, so if you need to change your appointment please give us a 48-hour notice.
It’s the day of your appointment, and you just walked through the doors. After you get to the office, it’s time to start filling out your paperwork if you’re a new patient. We suggest arriving 15 minutes early to fill out any necessary paperwork. Once everything is completed, you will be able to meet with your doctor and hygienist to start your appointment. Now sit back, relax, we’ve got the rest.
Now the fun starts! Remember comfort, efficiency, and a smile is our motto. Our team will go through your exam, procedure, or consult to get you the results you’re looking for. Throughout the whole appointment we are dedicated to your comfort. It’s our job not only to keep you smiling but also care for you and your health.
Sadly our brief time together has come to an end. Once the appointment has concluded we will guide you out with care just like you entered. The team will let you know of any necessary follow up appointments to get you scheduled in. We will also provide you with any tips to keep you comfortable, healthy, and smiling between now and the next time you see us.
When you visit our office for the first time our exam and cleaning typically take 2 hours. Other typical appointments can be done around an hour!
We submit most dental insurance programs used by major employers in our area. Our goal is to help you maximize your insurance benefits and make any remaining balance due easily affordable. We also work with our financial partners to make it easy to get your treatment now and pay for it over time.

We do! Typically, parents bring their children in around 1 year of age. Once they have teeth we can give them the same care and attention as an adult.
Well, we won’t make you! But sorry to say the short answer is yes. You will not be too groggy or in pain to make it back into work after most appointments. But hey, if you want to hang around awhile, we’re here for you! What happens at the dental office stays at the dental office.
